Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – STREETTHEORY

At STREETTHEORY, we strive to provide the best quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges only for size issues or in case of defective/damaged products.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Exchange Process:

  • Once your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged

  • After we receive and inspect the product, the replacement item will be shipped

Reverse Shipping Charges:
Customers may be required to pay reverse shipping charges for exchanges.

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for size issues or change of mind.

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective (and not replaceable)

  • Wrong item delivered

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Eligible Cases:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products

  • Requests raised after the allowed time frame

  • Minor color variations due to lighting/screen differences

Failed Deliveries / RTO:
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refunds will not be issued. Customers may be required to pay shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Important Note:
StreetTheory reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the above conditions.
